What this is
TrackCompetence is a structured assessment platform. It handles the full lifecycle of organizational evaluations — from defining the instrument and distributing it to collecting responses, scoring results, and surfacing trends over time.
The platform is flexible by design: you define the structure, the questions, and the scoring logic. It works across competency reviews, 360 feedback, organizational diagnostics, and academic research instruments. Where standard configuration doesn't cover a specific use case, the platform can be extended on request.
TrackCompetence exists because running structured assessments properly is harder than it should be. The tools available are either generic form builders that don't understand scoring hierarchies, or enterprise platforms with six-month implementation timelines.
